Process reengineering is a fundamental developmental process for organization growth, allowing them to effectively adapt to changes in their surroundings while improving their yields in terms of cost, quality, service and efficiency.

2. Analysis of the Organization and Identification of
    Critical Processes.

3. Study of Processes with the Client and Analysis of
    alternatives for improvement.

4. Elaboration of a plan for implementing the
    selected alternative(s).
