Process reengineering is a fundamental developmental process for organization growth, allowing them to effectively adapt to changes in their surroundings while improving their yields in terms of cost, quality, service and efficiency.
Not all of the organization's processes can be selected for reengineering. Next, reengineering requires adopting a focus centered on the chosen processes, employing interdisciplinary teams, information technology, leadership and analysis of the associated sub-processes.
